    Hi,

    I was comparing orocommerce with orocrm. Looks like orocommerce has all orocrm features plus b2b commerce features. Is that right? Does orocrm have any extra features?

    Also I was wondering if you have plans to upgrade to oro platform 2.0?

    And for the final question, we need to add ticketing system to our b2b commerce system. Can we integrate diamente desk with orocommerce?

    Hello Ahmad!

    ORO Commerce Application integrates ORO Commerce and ORO CRM. Please take a look at composer dependencies of ORO Commerce Application.
    If you would like to take advantage of only ORO Commerce, you can use it from the repository.

    ORO Commerce 1.0.1 already uses ORO Platform 2.0, please take a look at composer dependencies file.

    Latest version of Diamente Desk supports ORO Platform 1.8. When Diamente Desk will upgrade to ORO Platform 2.0 it can be installed together with ORO Commerce or ORO CRM.
    You can also use Cases and Tasks from the Activities in the root menu. It might suite your ticketing system need. Please take a look at both CRM and Commerce demo applications in order to see what Cases and Tasks are about.
