I got this error
At least one folder for sent emails is required. Make sure you clicked button “Check connection/Retrieve folders” and there are some folders for incoming messages.
Can you please tell what steps you followed in order to get this error message? Maybe you followed some tutorial like the one from ORO CRM Documentation. This can help better understand your issue.
