can´t import price lists

and nothing happen

Now import/export works via message queue processing. Please, check that app/console oro:message-queue:consume --env=prod is running in your environment.
app/console oro:message-queue:consume --env=prod
After processing the import task your will receive an email with the import results (summary of successfully imported items and the list of those that failed to import).
Ensure you have configured the email address in your user profile.
